Graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the American Law Center conducted in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He specializes in providing legal advisory services to companies in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
He represents companies in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). On behalf of energy sector companies, he has also prepared legal opinions on draft legislation as part of public consultation processes.
He has participated in many complex and pioneering projects, including:
- separation of distribution assets from the structures of the power company,
- separation of network assets belonging to a heat producer in one of the largest Polish cities,
- advising on the creation of a DBFO (Design-Build-Finance-Operate) contract for the construction of district heating supply systems,
- advising on the renegotiation of fuel supply agreements with a value exceeding PLN 2 billion,
- preparation of a strategy for pursuing claims against a fuel supplier from outside the European Union,
- acquisition of a nationwide distribution network for luxury goods,
- representation of an employer from the district heating sector in collective bargaining negotiations with 14 trade union organizations, related to the reorganization of a capital group,
- designing employment and remuneration systems for members of the top management of the largest Polish capital groups,
- implementation of a new capital group governance model based on a statutory governance structure.
