He has over 15 years of experience in advising the largest corporations operating on the Polish market in the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
He represents entrepreneurs in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. On behalf of industry companies, he prepared opinions for draft laws as part of public consultation processes.
He has participated in many complex and pioneering projects, including:
- the separation of distribution assets from the structures of the power company,
- spin-off of network assets worth more than PLN 290 million belonging to a heat generator in one of the largest Polish cities,
- advising on the creation of a contract under the DBFO (Design-Build-Finance-Operate) model for the construction of heat supply systems,
- advising on the renegotiation of fuel supply contracts worth more than PLN 2 billion,
- preparation of a strategy for pursuing claims of more than PLN 50 million from a fuel supplier from outside the European Union,
- acquisition of a nationwide luxury goods distribution network,
- representation of a heating industry employer in the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement with 14 trade union organizations, related to the reorganization of the capital group,
- designing employment and remuneration systems for members of the top management of Poland’s largest capital groups,
- implementation of a new model of capital group management, based on the statutory model.
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the American Law Centre run in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
He completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship organized by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
