Piotr Haiduk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2013 he passed the advocate exam with one of the 10 best results in the Warsaw Bar Association. He is an advocate at the Council of the Bar in Warsaw.

He has been associated with the Romanowski i Wspólnicy law firm since 2010. In 2017 he was made a partner.

Piotr Haiduk advises Polish and international corporations on the most complex issues in civil law, commercial law and financial market law. He represents issuers and financial institutions in proceedings before the Financial Supervision Authority and administrative courts in precedent-setting cases for the capital market.

He has advised on M&A projects (both private and public transactions) with values exceeding PLN 15 billion.

He has participated in the majority of the Firm’s key projects, including, in particular, those requiring crisis management and the development and implementation of a multithreaded legal strategy.

Piotr Haiduk was responsible for advising on legal aspects of the organisation of corporate governance in the largest capital groups in Poland.
