Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, the University of Łódź and University of Pécs, field of study: law (2014–2015), as part of the Erasmus+ programme. Advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Within the Law firm, she specializes in criminal law and proceedings, with particular emphasis on white collar crimes, including high profile cases, complex cross-border criminal cases and business security consulting.

Her experience includes representing both suspects/defendants and victims at all stages of criminal proceedings – from initiation, through representation in preparatory and court proceedings, to the enforcement stage. Małgorzata’s litigation practice also includes defense in disciplinary proceedings and representation in proceedings before parliamentary bodies. She has participated in proceedings concerning European arrest warrants, including the preparation of expert reports for foreign courts.

Małgorzata combines her skills in conducting court cases with strategic consulting, aimed at mitigating risks of business activities. As an Approved Compliance Expert, she advises corporate clients on the creation and updating of internal procedures (e.g. internal investigations, dawn raid) and conducts training aimed at their effective implementation and subsequent verification of their functioning.
