Associate, Attorney-at-law

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, and a graduate of a master’s degree program in forensic archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology, Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences at the same university. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in the field of “Information and personal data security in administration and business.” Attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Within the Law firm, she specializes in individual and collective labor law. She represents clients in labor proceedings and advises on matters related to hiring and dismissal, including members of management boards and senior managers. She supports Polish and international corporations in the preparation and verification of employee and internal documents, as well as in individual labor disputes. Her interests include, in particular, termination of employment contracts, labor disputes, and the protection of personal rights in employment, with particular emphasis on mobbing and discrimination.
She also deals with compliance issues, including the protection of whistleblowers, as well as issues related to personal data protection law and intellectual property law.
