Associate, Attorney-at-law

She specializes in individual and collective labor law. She represents clients in labor proceedings and advises on hiring and firing, including board members and senior managers. She supports Polish and international corporations in preparing and reviewing employee and intra-company documents, as well as in individual labor disputes. Her interests include, in particular, the topics of termination of employment contracts, labor disputes and protection of personal rights in employment with a particular focus on mobbing and discrimination. She also deals with compliance issues, especially whistleblower protection.

Selected projects:

  • Advising on the compliance management system in the area of whistleblowing,
  • Conducting an internal investigation that examined irregularities in the areas of bullying, management of company assets and managerial abuse of high-level managers,
  • Representing the employer in litigation with a senior managerial employee, involving multifaceted claims and complex legal issues,
  • Advising on and preparing a comprehensive set of model employee and intra-company documents for the implementation of remote work and employee sobriety checks,
  • Advising on the implementation of copyright clauses in employment contracts,
  • Advising related to the entry into force of legislation implementing the so-called parental and work-life balance into the Polish legal order,
  • Advising on the reorganization of the work of production teams and solving problems related to time management,
  • Advising on the implementation of electronic employee documentation,
  • Advising on the spin-off and transfer of part of the business to a newly created entity,
  • Advising on the implementation of information clauses on the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

Prior to joining the Firm, she gained experience in reputable law firms, where she supported HR and legal departments in all day-to-day employment matters. She also worked as an in-house lawyer at a leading Polish company in the electronics sector, which allowed her to develop well a business approach to solving HR issues.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw with a very good degree. She also completed a master’s degree in forensic archaeology at the Institute of Archaeology at the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Wroclaw.

She completed her legal advisor’s apprenticeship organized by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
