Within the Law firm, she specializes in corporate and regulatory advisory for commercial companies, including financial institutions.
She has experience advising capital group reorganization processes involving, among others, commercial law companies, investment funds, branches and representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs, as well as foundations. She assists financial institutions with regulatory matters related to operating in the Polish market and represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
She has been associated with the Romanowski & Partners law firm since 2025.
