He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at Warsaw University. Attorney at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
In 2018, he was awarded doctorate for a dissertation: “Operational control in the Polish criminal process”.
He has been with Romanowski and Partners law firm since 2024. Prior to that, he worked for more than a dozen years for Polish and international law firms.
In his professional practice, he focuses on full spectrum of issues connected with employment law and social insurance law, including cases related to sexual harassment, mental harassment, discrimination, redundancies, overtime compensation and fatal accidents at work. He represents employers in proceedings before the Office for Foreigners, as well as during inspections by the National Labour Inspectorate and the Social Insurance Institution.
He advises multinational corporations on matters including the hiring and dismissing of board members and senior managers.
He is also highly experienced in managing complex litigation cases , both commercial (including construction disputes, IT projects, compensation claims against airports, exclusion of a shareholder from a company) and criminal (white-collar crimes).
Selected projects:
- advice and preparation of documentation in voluntary redundancy program for employees of a state-owned civil aviation institution;
- representing a Dutch trade union in a case for rejection to execute Dutch court judgment imposing an administrative penalty on a Polish temporary employment agency;
- representing an employer from the water and sewage industry in a court case involving a fatal accident at work;
- representing a whistleblower in proceedings concerning actions to the detriment of the company from the telecommunications industry;
- advising a Spanish company from the construction industry on redundancies;
- creating internal labor law acts: remuneration regulations, work regulations, remote work regulations, Employee Benefits Fund for companies from the following industries: aviation, advertising, construction, IT, clothing, real estate;
- representation of an airline in litigation with a former student for reimbursement of costs of training as an airline pilot;
- representation of an employer in the aviation industry in litigation brought by the Labor Office for reimbursement of subsidies provided under the so-called Anti-Crisis Shield.
