AdamRomanowski

Adam Romanowski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a British association of chartered accountants.

He has been associated with the Romanowski i Wspólnicy law firm since 2005 as its co-founder.

Previously, he worked for Philips Polska as internal audit manager, Commercial Union as manager of managerial accounting and for the LaSer group in Poland as financial director.  Adam Romanowski was deputy general director of Sygma Bank Polska and a member of the supervisory boards of the LaSer group subsidiaries. At Sygma Bank Polska he was responsible for financial accounting, taxes, the legal department, managerial accounting and treasury, administration and HR. He was also responsible for liaising with the banking supervision authority.

Within the Firm, Adam Romanowski is responsible for supporting the business aspects of projects.

He has advised on M&A projects (private and public transactions) with a value exceeding PLN 15 billion. He was also responsible for advising on business aspects of the organisation of corporate governance in the largest capital groups in Poland.
