We are on the lookout for new people all year round. We are after everyone from lawyers with longstanding professional experience to lawyers with no experience whatsoever. We expect our candidates to be proficient in English. The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
STAGE 1: Application review
All interested applicants should send us the following documents:
- an up-to-date resume (CV) in English with a contact number and email address
- a covering letter in English
STAGE 2: Interviews
The next stage of the recruitment process consists of interviews with our lawyers and partners. Candidates are interviewed two or three times depending on the position being sought. Each interview lasts for approx. 45 minutes and comprises three parts:
- a brief conversation concerning the candidate’s resume
- solving a case study
- answering any questions the candidate may have regarding the firm and the nature of the position for which he or she is applying
The resume must contain the following personal data disclosure consent clause:
“Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie i przechowywanie moich danych osobowych zawartych w aplikacji dla potrzeb niezbędnych do realizacji procesu rekrutacji (zgodnie z ustawą z dn. 29.08.97 r. o ochronie danych osobowych)”.
